Provision of the website and creation of log files

Each time you visit our website, our system automatically collects the following data and information from your end device:

  • Information about the browser type and version used
  • The operating system of your end device
  • Your Internet service provider
  • Your IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which you have reached our website
  • Websites that are accessed by you via our website

This data is stored in log files of our system. This data is not stored together with your other personal data.

The legal basis for the processing of the data and the log files is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The temporary storage of your IP address by our system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your end device. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of our website. We also use the data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems.

The purposes mentioned represent our legitimate interest in the processing of data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data in log files is deleted after seven days at the latest.

We do not use cookies or other technologies on our website.

Contact enquiry by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry, e-mail address or telephone number) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You have the right to request the rectification of incorrect personal data.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

If the requirements of Art. 18 GDPR are met, you have the right to demand the restriction of your personal data, i.e. to prevent further processing for the time being.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if further processing is no longer necessary, the processing is unlawful or you have withdrawn your consent.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Within the limits of Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format in order to forward it or have it forwarded to another controller if necessary.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions.

We will then no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes.

Right to withdraw consent
